Vom Holzener Land

Vom Holzener Land is a small dog breeding kennel in the south of Dortmund, on the edge of the Ruhr area. Its name refers to the Holzen district and the rural surroundings with forests and fields as well as the view towards the Sauerland. There, the dogs find many opportunities for their daily walks. The dogs live in the house and are closely integrated into everyday life. Shared leisure time includes regular visits to the dog training ground and dog sports as well as a calm family life. The dogs also accompany the kennel on frequent trips; destinations by the water suit them particularly well due to their pronounced joy in cool water. Since Vom Holzener Land keeps only one breeding bitch, litters occur only at longer intervals. The breeding of the Old German Shepherd Dog is based in Dortmund. The responsible association is stated as the Bundesverein für Weiße Schweizer Schäferhunde in Deutschland e.V.
