Vom Königsgut

Vom Königsgut is a dog breeder in Ellrich that has belonged to the Deutscher Windhundzucht- und Rennverband e. V. (DWZRV) since 2010. This association is one of the founding members of the Verband für das Deutsche Hundewesen and oversees the sighthound breeds recognized by the FCI. The breeder raises Irish Terriers and pursues its breeding goals with long-term commitment. The kennel was inspected by the regional breeding officer and meets the requirements for keeping dogs. In addition, a breeder seminar was completed. Ongoing further education is part of the breeding operation’s standards in order to further develop its own work and carefully implement the goals that have been set. The dogs live permanently in a family environment and are firmly integrated into everyday life. Keeping them exclusively outdoors or in kennels is rejected. Puppies are placed exclusively in homes that correspond to this understanding of a dog as a friend and companion in life.
