The dog breeding kennel vom Gut Deisterland is located in Lauenau in the Deister-Sünteltal. Their close bond with dogs has shaped their history since 1996, when Moritz moved in. His unexpected death in 2005 was a painful turning point and strengthened the desire to live permanently with these special dogs. In 2011, breeding began at Gut Deisterland with their first litter. Anna stayed in the breeder’s home from this litter. This beginning laid the foundation for long-term and responsible breeding work, in which living together with the dogs plays an important role. Vom Gut Deisterland breeds Irish Terriers with the aim of producing dogs that are sound in temperament, healthy and high-performing. They are intended to prove themselves in hunting tasks as well as in everyday family life. The Verein für Pointer und Setter e.V. is listed as the certification body.
