vom Grafenland Broholmer breeder in Dersum · Germany

The vom Grafenland kennel is located in Dersum in the Emsland region, near the Dutch border. Since 2018, this place has been the home of the breeding operation. Experience with Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs has existed since 1998; in 2021, a Broholmer bitch was added. Curiosity about this breed led the kennel to engage more intensively with the Broholmer. In November 2023, all breeding requirements had been met for the bitch, and the first litter was planned. The breeding operation is affiliated with Broholmer Deutschland e.V. The focus is on Broholmers and their care in a family environment in Dersum. In June 2024, the A-litter was born with eleven puppies: four bitches and seven dogs. Raising them brought a great deal of activity to everyday life before the young dogs were sent off to their new homes. This first Broholmer litter is a formative step in the development of the kennel.
