Vistruphus Cardigan Welsh Corgi breeder in Vipperød · Denmark

Vistruphus is a small home-based Welsh Corgi Cardigan breeding kennel based in Vipperød in West Zealand. The kennel was founded in 2005 and focuses on the breed’s characteristics and background as a herding dog. The aim is to breed dogs that are healthy, typical of the breed and mentally well-adjusted. Behind the breeding programme are many years of working with dogs since 1993, as well as a DKK breeder education. Experience as a mental assessor and dog therapist forms part of the kennel’s approach to the dogs’ development, well-being and mental characteristics. Emphasis is placed on responsible breeding work with respect for the origin of the Welsh Corgi Cardigan. The puppies grow up in a home environment as part of the family and are given a varied, calm and secure start. Socialisation and daily well-being are prioritised, as is working towards a good match between each individual dog and its future family. The puppies are transferred with the Danish Kennel Club’s purchase agreement, and the breeding programme offers dialogue throughout the entire process.
