Turgai's Borzoi breeder in Schiffweiler · Germany

The Turgai’s kennel has existed since 1990 and is dedicated to breeding Borzois in Schiffweiler. The focus is on beautiful, capable, healthy and long-lived dogs that are distinguished by a pleasant temperament and can reliably accompany their families through everyday life. The puppies grow up in the house together with the adult dogs. Different everyday experiences, such as car rides and encounters with other dogs, are part of their early socialization. In this way, the young Borzois are carefully prepared for the demands of their later lives. Turgai’s participates in sighthound races, coursing events and shows and is involved with the Deutscher Windhundzucht- und Rennverband e.V. (DWZRV). Regular continuing education accompanies the breeding work, with particular importance attached to the dogs’ health.
