SweetEyes Cattery is a small home-based cattery in Castleford, breeding Ragdoll and Maine Coon cats. Registered with TICA and licensed by Wakefield Council, the cattery draws on more than eight years’ experience. Its adult cats are part of the household, living alongside adults and children in a family environment.
Kittens are raised with regular, affectionate handling from their earliest days, supporting calm, sociable characters and an easy transition to family life. This close daily contact is intended to help them become confident, loving companions. Some kittens show qualities that can be particularly comforting for children and adults, including people with ADHD, ASD or other needs.
Breeding priorities include sound health, temperament and adherence to breed type. Breeding cats undergo genetic screening for important inherited conditions, receive routine veterinary attention and descend from successful show lines. SweetEyes Cattery also participates in TICA exhibitions, where its cats have earned Champion, Triple Grand Champion and Regional Winner distinctions, including a UK Best Ragdoll award. The cattery seeks caring permanent homes for every kitten.
