Sunshine Glen

Sunshine Glen is a kennel for Irish Glen of Imaal Terriers. The foundation was laid in 2014 by the first female of the kennel, who impressed with her particularly friendly nature and successful appearances at shows. She holds both the VDH/KfT Junior Champion title and that of VDH/KfT Champion and became the first “Sunshine Glen No. 1”. In 2020, a second female joined, receiving her breeding approval in August of the same year. She gave birth to the A-litter in May 2021 and the B-litter in June 2024. Her daughter Sunshine Glen Áine strengthens the kennel, is approved for breeding and is also VDH/KfT Junior Champion as well as VDH/KfT Champion. A brother from the A-litter now also holds a Finnish Champion title. A female from the B-litter remains part of the Sunshine Glen circle. Another litter with Sunshine Glen Áine is currently planned. The mating with the male Highlander’s Dream Emil took place on 14 January 2026. The kennel is affiliated with the Klub für Terrier von 1894 e.V.
