St. Rountved

Kennel St. Rountved is a serious home breeder of Havanese in Hjørring. The breeder has completed DKK's breeder education and works with the goal of producing healthy, happy and curious dogs that can thrive both as family dogs and in the show ring. During the puppies' first period, the kennel places emphasis on the individual developmental stages. The puppies are purposefully stimulated to support their neurological development and give them a good foundation for becoming mentally strong and resilient adult dogs. Training and upbringing are consistently based on positive reinforcement. This approach is intended to make it safe and positive for the dogs to learn new things, while strengthening the relationship between dog and human. St. Rountved also prioritizes a good match between each puppy and its future owner and therefore sets aside ample time to assess which combination is the best fit.
