Satulapin

Satulapin is a small home-based Finnish Lapphund kennel in Værløse on Zealand. The kennel has three dogs, which live at home, and its work with the breed is based on a close everyday life with the dogs. Satulapin has completed DKK’s breeder education. The kennel’s ambition is to breed Finnish Lapphunds that are healthy, typical of the breed and well-functioning family dogs. Emphasis is placed on the dogs’ well-being and on qualities suited to an active life as part of the family, while preserving the character of the breed. The puppies are born and raised in a home environment at Satulapin. The first period is spent giving them calm and reassuring experiences as well as adapted socialisation, so that they have a good foundation for their further development. The kennel also shares insights into the dogs’ everyday life under the name Satulapin.
