Aulis Enkeli

Aulis Enkeli is a dog breeding kennel in South Zealand based in Karrebæksminde, focusing on Finnish Lapphunds. The kennel has been associated with the breed since 2009 and highlights its versatility as well as its friendly and smiling nature. The breeding programme’s experience includes obedience, herding training and agility at competition level, while shows now have a central place. Puppies are born in the home and grow up together with the breeding programme’s other dogs during their first eight weeks. This gives them a natural familiarity with the sounds, routines and companionship of everyday life. Great emphasis is placed on early socialisation, and the puppies are introduced, among other things, to people of different ages as well as trips in the city, forest and by the beach. Each puppy comes with a pedigree and a health book from the veterinarian. Aulis Enkeli has completed the DKK breeder education programme and prioritises an upbringing that gives the puppies a good foundation for their future lives. The kennel also shares glimpses of everyday life with the dogs and the breeding programme’s activities.
