The Royal Rubys' Irish Terrier breeding kennel in Frankenthal is dedicated to the Irish Terrier on a small, carefully planned scale. Around one litter per year allows for intensive care of the puppies. When selecting pairings, a well-established temperament, health and the elegant, breed-typical appearance are the main focus. The breeding dogs, which have received multiple awards at home and abroad, live as family dogs in the house; keeping them in kennels is out of the question. The puppies also grow up in close contact with the family and the pack in the house and garden. The Irish Terrier is described as a robust, lively, intelligent and strong-willed companion. The puppies receive age-appropriate socialisation as well as varied activities and, after their vaccination, gather impressions on various outings. When they move to their new homes from the tenth week onwards, they have been dewormed several times, vaccinated and provided with an EU pet passport. The breeding kennel belongs to the Klub für Terrier von 1894 e.V. and continues to advise the new families after the puppies have been handed over.
