Melting Red is a dog kennel breeding Irish Glen of Imaal Terriers based in Biedesheim. The kennel is located in the Donnersberg district of Rhineland-Palatinate, not far from Mainz, and is affiliated with Klub für Terrier von 1894 e. V. Breeding has been carried out under KfT and VDH since 2004. Currently, no litter is planned at Melting Red. The surroundings of the Palatinate Forest shape the terriers’ everyday life. The bitches accompany their owners on numerous activities and are present both on hikes and on cycling tours. Camping holidays and shared stays in nature are likewise part of their accustomed lives. Melting Red describes its dogs as active and versatile companions in everyday life. The terriers are also present when working with wood in the forest and during activities in the garden and yard, attentively following what is happening. Thus, active life together and the integration of the dogs into various everyday situations are at the heart of the kennel.
