Rivus breeds Basset Bleu de Gascogne with hunting, family life and quality as central guiding principles. The aim is healthy, breed-typical and well-functioning dogs that combine hunting aptitude and a willingness to cooperate with a stable temperament. The breeding is also based on the professional framework provided by DKK’s breeder education. Health and careful socialisation are given high priority, so that each litter gets a calm and secure start. The experiences are adapted to their development, so that acclimatisation takes place at an appropriate pace.
