Polly Pocket’s breeds Border Terriers on a small family scale in Duisburg and is affiliated with the Klub für Terrier von 1894 e.V. The focus is on dogs that participate in everyday family life as permanent members of the household. The breeding program is based on close, loving care of the animals from an early age. The puppies, too, do not grow up isolated, but share living and garden areas with the family. They experience everyday life in a familiar environment and receive plenty of closeness and attention. This close contact is intended to enable them to be integrated into living together from the very beginning. From the eighth week of life, the young Border Terriers are gently introduced to walks on a lead, car journeys and various impressions outside the home. This includes trips to the forest, fields and the city. For Polly Pocket’s, the joy of sharing life with the dogs is at the heart of the breeding program.
