The kennel has been dedicated to the responsible breeding of purebred Siberian Huskies since 2008. The dogs are registered with Verein der Hundefreunde Horka e.V.; the associated documents also accompany the offspring. The focus is on carefully planned breeding of this northern breed. Only Huskies that have been examined for hip and elbow dysplasia as well as PRA, cataracts and RD and found to be clear in each case are considered for breeding. In addition, the dogs used have successfully passed the breeding suitability test. Thus, the selection of breeding dogs is based on documented health requirements and the ZTP. The puppies leave the kennel at the earliest at ten weeks of age. At this point, they are vaccinated, microchipped and receive their papers. A new home is carefully selected for each young animal so that the move can take place into suitable and carefully chosen hands.
