Löwe von Walhall Leonberger breeder in Rammenau · Germany

The Löwe von Walhall kennel in Rammenau has been dedicated to breeding Leonbergers since 1988 and is affiliated with the Deutscher Club für Leonberger Hunde e.V. The many years of breeding work have produced numerous long-lived and successful dogs. The focus is on healthy, even-tempered Leonbergers with responsibly selected pedigrees. When choosing breeding partners, the kennel pays attention to health, the lowest possible degree of relatedness and an impeccable character. Comprehensive health examinations are a matter of course for all breeding dogs, even if individual examinations go beyond the requirements of the breeding regulations. The dogs live in close contact with the family and are also trained in DHV/SGSV dog sports. All adult Leonbergers have passed the companion dog test, some up to IBGH3. As there is currently only one male in the breeding program, further litters are planned for no earlier than the end of 2025.
