Light From The East Basset Hound breeder in Constanța · Romania

Light From The East is a Basset Hound kennel based in Constanța. Its work with the breed began in 2009, prompted by a lasting admiration for the beauty and distinctive character of these dogs. Since then, the kennel has dedicated its activity to the Basset Hound and to the qualities that define the breed. Over the years, Light From The East has developed its understanding of the breed’s direction and evolution. This experience informs its breeding choices, with the aim of producing Basset Hounds that correspond to the established breed standard and reflect the kennel’s vision for the breed. The kennel considers its existing genetic material to be an important foundation for its programme. Light From The East intends to continue improving this basis over time, while pursuing its long-term objective of breeding Basset Hounds that respect the standard.
