Lachleen

Kennel Lachleen is a small home-based and hobby breeding establishment of Cairn Terriers in Sporup. For more than 30 years, the breeding has focused on the breed and comprises three dogs: one male and two females. The dogs live as part of the family in a home environment, and the breeding is not run as a livelihood, but with closeness to each individual dog. Breeding is based on healthy, breed-typical dogs with a suitable temperament. Lachleen follows DKK’s and DTK’s recommendations for breeding and has DKK breeder training. The limited size makes it possible to know the dogs well and maintain a calm, family-oriented everyday life around both adult dogs and puppies. The puppies are described as lively, trusting and with a good temperament, qualities that should help them thrive in a modern family. The long experience with Cairn Terriers gives the breeding a solid knowledge of the breed and the opportunity to convey relevant information about the dogs and their upbringing.
