High on Emotion

High on Emotion is a small Whippet kennel in Essen affiliated with the Deutscher Windhundzucht- und Rennverband e.V. (DWZRV). Since 1999, an average of only about one litter per year has been raised there. The deliberately manageable planning creates room for intensive care of each individual litter. The kennel places particular emphasis on careful rearing and the early socialization of the puppies. All dogs live in the house and are part of everyday family life. The Whippets therefore grow up in a familiar home environment, where their development is attentively accompanied from the very beginning. High on Emotion also maintains contact with the families of the dogs it has bred after they have been placed. Long-term communication with the new owners is part of the kennel’s approach. The focus is therefore on a small number of litters, conscientious puppyhood, and the continued support of the Whippets.
