Elopellon Schapendoes breeder in Asikkala Finland

Elopellon is a small-scale Schapendoes breeder operating in the countryside of Asikkala, whose puppies grow up in a home environment.

Elopellon is a small-scale schapendoes breeder operating in Kurhila, Asikkala, in the rural area of Päijät-Häme. The kennel has been involved with the breed since 2008, and the first litter was born in autumn 2014. Breeding takes place in a home environment, where the puppies live as part of the family’s everyday life and at the same time get to know other dogs. The puppies’ care includes deworming, microchipping, registration with the Finnish Kennel Club, and a veterinary examination before they leave. The puppies leave for their new homes with the Finnish Kennel Club’s sales agreement, and they are accompanied by a puppy package and a guide to caring for the puppy. Elopellon also follows its puppies after they leave and offers help as needed. The breeder appreciates hearing how the puppies are doing as they grow and strives to support the new homes in both joyful and challenging situations.
