Chadbrook

Chadbrook is a dog breeder based in Kilmarnock, specialising in several terrier breeds: the Jack Russell Terrier, Welsh Terrier, Parson Russell Terrier and Border Terrier, alongside the Shiba Inu. The kennel has a particular long-standing connection with Parson Russell Terriers, having grown up around the breed and taken part in showing and breeding. The breeding dogs previously worked fox, rabbit and rat before the hunting ban. Today, their lively nature is channelled into games with balls and energetic play with one another. Chadbrook maintains a small terrier kennel and has two stud dogs available. Puppies may occasionally be available, with a waiting list used when a litter is not yet ready. The breeder places importance on the dogs’ wellbeing: each dog is examined by a veterinarian and screened for health conditions known in Parson Russell Terriers before breeding. Chadbrook is certified by East Ayrshire Council.
