Buus

Buus is a dog breeder in Lemvig with Field Spaniels and DKK breeder training. The breeding programme places emphasis on a loving and caring environment for the puppies, as well as on following DKK’s recommendations for breeding. For the first approximately three weeks, the puppies stay close to the breeder in the bedroom before moving to the kitchen-dining area. Here, they gradually become accustomed to the sounds of everyday life and to spending time with the rest of the pack, so their start takes place in calm and secure surroundings. When the puppies are ready, they are given the opportunity to explore a large garden and a fenced-in field. On days with a lot of rain, they can instead be engaged indoors in a room with toys and various challenges. This alternation between socialisation, activity and rest characterises the breeder’s description of the puppies’ first period.
