Kaley Shu Tibetan Spaniel breeder in Odder Denmark

A DKK-trained breeding establishment near Odder focusing on health, temperament and breed-typical characteristics in Field Spaniels and Tibetan Spaniels.

The breeding establishment near Odder is registered with field spaniel and also presents its work with Tibetan Spaniel. It follows the guidelines of Dansk Kennel Klub and has completed DKK’s breeder education. The dogs live in rural surroundings in East Jutland, where responsible breeding is a central focus. Health, temperament and breed-typical appearance are part of the breeding work. The dogs are examined for the hereditary disorders relevant to the breed, including eye and knee problems. For the Tibetan Spaniel, emphasis is also placed on an appropriate muzzle length, as a muzzle that is too short can affect breathing. The breed standard is used as a guideline for, among other things, size, colours, coat and temperament, as well as details such as the shape of the eyes and the position of the tail. In the Tibetan Spaniel, particular care is taken to preserve the breed’s characteristic paw and ear furnishings. The breeding establishment is happy to welcome visitors, so those interested can meet the adult dogs that make up everyday family life for many years.
