Berner von der Gänswiesn Bernese Mountain Dog breeder in Berg · Germany

Berner von der Gänswiesn is a private hobby breeding program for Bernese Mountain Dogs in Berg. The focus is on raising this large, family-oriented dog breed in a personal and home-based setting. The breeding program is not operated commercially, but out of a passion for the breed. The breeder’s dogs are integrated into everyday family life. They do not live isolated in a kennel facility, but as part of the home environment. Thus, the breeding program describes an approach in which living together with the dogs and their closeness to the family play an essential role. Berner von der Gänswiesn is dedicated exclusively to Bernese Mountain Dogs. The small, private nature of the breeding program and the family-based accommodation shape its focus. Those interested will find in Berg a breeding facility whose dogs grow up and are kept as part of the family’s normal everyday life.
