Lucia Maine Coon breeder in San Giovanni Rotondo · Italy

Lucia's cattery is dedicated to the Maine Coon, has been active for over ten years and is located in San Giovanni Rotondo. The cattery's work is entirely dedicated to this breed and develops through careful selection, based on knowledge of its characteristics and care for the lines bred. The choice of breeding cats follows serious and informed criteria, with the aim of maintaining cats that conform to the Maine Coon standard. The selected lines come from pedigrees considered to be of quality and form the basis of the breeding programme. The cattery focuses its selection on the black and blue silver, shaded, shell and smoke colour varieties. Red and white, on the other hand, do not fall within the direction followed. This colour specialisation accompanies work aimed at the breed's typicality and the continuity of the chosen lines.
