A price that seems too good to be true?
- An abnormally low price may conceal insufficient socialization, an unverifiable origin, or the absence of health monitoring.
- Ask for identification, transfer documents, the veterinary certificate, and health information on the breeding dogs.
- Meet the puppy and its mother in their living environment before making any decision.
