The Labrador Retriever kennel You’re gonna find the way ... is located outside Poppenlauer on an extensive property on the edge of a forest. The surroundings include its own hunting ground and other animals belonging to the farm. The natural surroundings shape the dogs’ everyday lives and create diverse opportunities for their activities and training. The kennel’s connection with the Labrador Retriever dates back to 1984. After another female dog moved in in 1999, the long-held wish for a first litter was fulfilled in 2002. The kennel is affiliated with the Deutscher Retriever Club e.V. and builds on many years of experience with the breed. Training and practical work with the Labrador Retrievers occupy an important place. The dogs are worked in hunting and used for tracking wounded game as well as duck hunting. Dummy work and the demands of family life are also part of their tasks. Enthusiasm for work, zest for life and the close bond with their people are at the heart of this kennel.
