Wild Boar Hunter’s is a small, dedicated dog breeding establishment in Bergfelde devoted to the Welsh Springer Spaniel. The kennel places particular emphasis on dogs with hunting aptitude, whose character comes to the fore both in everyday family life and during shared activities. Since the 1990s, hunting experience has shaped the kennel’s direction. After an intensive search for a larger, powerful Spaniel, its own breeding program began in 2002. The lines were continued through several litters; the sixth generation was already at the center of the breeding work. The dogs grow up in the house and in close family surroundings; keeping them in a kennel is out of the question. In addition to working in the hunt, according to the breeding philosophy they are also suited to agility and other dog sports. What matters is activity, a dependable bond, and a loving place as a companion and family dog.
