West Suffolk Council is a small dog breeding programme based in Newmarket, specialising in Miniature Schnauzers and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Its experience with Miniature Schnauzers builds on a family tradition spanning more than four decades, while its current work is centred on careful, responsible breeding.
