The hobby breeding program of Yangchen Passang is dedicated to the Tibetan Terrier in Deining near Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz. It is based in a house with a garden inhabited by a family that includes not only people but also dogs and a Persian cat. The breeding program arose from the wish to raise a puppy of their own and is particularly devoted to the breed. The family’s experience with animals forms an important background to the small breeding program. One family member has operated a grooming salon for dogs, cats and other animals with fur or claws for over fifteen years. This long-standing familiarity with grooming and everyday life with animals accompanies the breeding program within the family setting. Yangchen Passang is affiliated with the International Club for Tibetan Dog Breeds e.V. and focuses on the Tibetan Terrier.
