The small cattery in Stadthagen has been dedicated to the Norwegian Forest Cat with particular commitment since 2009. The focus is on the responsible breeding of this distinctive breed. The cattery places importance on accompanying its animals with attention and carefully monitoring the development of the cats. The breeding goal is large Norwegian Forest Cats with pronounced ear tufts and a lush coat. An impeccable character is equally important. All colors except Amber may occur in the breeding program. The cattery places particular emphasis on silver-colored animals, which are especially valued within the breed’s variety of colors. A maximum of two litters is expected per year. This gives the cat sufficient time to recover and regenerate after a litter. This limited rhythm reflects the cattery’s aim of placing the well-being of the breeding animals first and breeding the Norwegian Forest Cat with care.
