Schultendorf’s hobby breeding program has been dedicated to breeding Border Collies since 2009. The small, family-run breeding operation in Gladbeck, North Rhine-Westphalia, pursues the goal of raising puppies with sound temperaments and strong character. The puppies grow up in the house together with children and become familiar with different sounds and everyday situations from an early age. Encounters with various people, car rides, and getting used to a collar and leash are also part of their early socialization. At around eight weeks of age, the socialized puppies move to their new homes. They are handed over with a pedigree, EU pet passport, vaccinations, and several dewormings. For the initial period, they also receive a collar, lead, and puppy food.
