von Pinnersdorf

The von Pinnersdorf dog breeding kennel in Wörgl is dedicated to Labrador Retrievers. The enthusiasm for this breed arose through a female dog from Costa Rica with Mexican roots, who came to Munich as a puppy. Later, additional dogs from Costa Rica and Italy joined the small Labrador group. The dogs live on an organic farm with cattle and laying hens. There, they receive plenty of attention as well as opportunities for exercise and play. Walks lead across their own fields; a spring on the property was expanded into a pond, which the water-loving Retrievers enjoy using for bathing. The dogs’ summer stays on the alpine pasture are also part of their everyday life. In November 2010, the kennel’s first litter was born. The puppies from this litter were consistently rated as excellent. Von Pinnersdorf combines life on the farm with an approach that takes the Labrador Retrievers’ need for exercise and love of water into account.
