von der Sachsenperle Hovawart breeder in Delmenhorst · Germany

The Von der Sachsenperle dog breeding kennel in Delmenhorst has been dedicated to the Hovawart since 2016. It is affiliated with the Rassezuchtverein für Hovawart-Hunde e.V. and follows its guidelines as well as those of the VDH. The aim of the breeding program is to responsibly further develop this versatile working dog breed. Before being used for breeding, the Hovawarts undergo demanding tests of their temperament and health. They are only considered for breeding after successfully receiving breeding approval. In this way, the breeding program places health requirements and a balanced, breed-typical character at the forefront. The selection of pairings is carried out with particular care. Von der Sachsenperle aims to preserve and promote the Hovawart’s working-dog qualities while also producing healthy, capable offspring with a sound temperament. Forward-looking planning forms the basis of every breeding decision.
