Von der Osterwiese

Von der Osterwiese in Tömmelsdorf looks back on around 40 years of breeding and training; the kennel has existed since 1985. It is dedicated to Old German Shepherd Dogs in the coat varieties Stock Coat and Long Stock Coat. Careful rearing and daily life together with the dogs shape its work. The goal is healthy, steady-nerved and high-drive dogs that are consistently eager to work and at the same time show a balanced temperament. Special attention is given to preserving the German Shepherd Dog as a working dog. In training, the respective aptitudes are individually encouraged and used. The dogs are intended to be suitable for service, sport and life as a family dog. The training is supported by positive and joyful cooperation with the dogs. Von der Osterwiese is affiliated with the Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V.
