von der Mühlenheide

The von der Mühlenheide kennel in Rosengarten is dedicated to breeding Labrador Retrievers in accordance with the requirements of the Labrador Club Deutschland e.V. (LCD). The focus is on healthy, even-tempered, breed-typical and work-oriented dogs. The LCD is affiliated with the VDH, the FCI and the JGHV. For breeding, the dogs are examined for hip and elbow health. They have completed the LCD temperament test and undergo ophthalmological examinations for PRA, HC and RD every two years. The kennel also places importance on as many of its offspring as possible later participating in HD/ED examinations and the LCD temperament test. The puppies grow up in the house and garden in close contact with people. Loving, age-appropriate socialisation, as well as exposure to everyday sounds and situations, accompany them during their first stage of life. When they leave from the eighth week onwards, they are vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed several times and assessed by an LCD breeding warden. The kennel also remains available to the new families afterwards.
