The Schnauzer kennel von der Mooshexe in Schwaig celebrated its 20th anniversary as a hobby kennel in 2024. A litter was planned for April that was intended to continue its own breeding history: The sire was to be a great-great-grandson of a female from the first A-litter. The dogs live in the house as family members. According to the kennel, the puppies also grow up in the home environment and use the house and garden. There is no separate kennel facility; housing and rearing are therefore family-oriented. The kennel keeps one dog from each litter itself. The pairings are therefore chosen with a view to its own future family dogs. The intended dam of the announced litter had already fulfilled the breeding requirements: health tests, a temperament test and a phenotype assessment. Von der Mooshexe breeds Schnauzers and is affiliated with the Pinscher-Schnauzer-Klub e.V.
