VON DER MARGARETHENHÖHE English Toy Terrier breeder in Essen · Germany

The dog breeding kennel VON DER MARGARETHENHÖHE in Essen is dedicated to the English Toy Terrier and also breeds Boston Terriers. It has been a member of the Klub für Terrier von 1894 e.V. since 2013; since 2018, English Toy Terriers have also been part of the breeding program. The kennel also names the associations VDH and FCI. Both breeds are presented as family-friendly companions for children and active people of all ages. The parent animals undergo several health examinations. In addition, they are tested for breed-specific genetic diseases; the kennel uses exclusively animals with unremarkable results. Thus, the health selection of the breeding dogs represents an essential part of the breeding work. The puppies grow up in a family environment together with other dogs and thus gain social experiences at an early age. Before being handed over, they are checked by a KfT breeding warden, dewormed several times, microchipped and vaccinated. They move to their new home with an EU vaccination passport and a KfT pedigree.
