von der Höltingmühle Kooikerhondje breeder in Meppen Germany

Von der Höltingmühle breeds Kooikerhondjes in Meppen, with a focus on health, sound temperament, and species-appropriate puppy rearing.

The von der Höltingmühle kennel is dedicated to the Kooikerhondje in Meppen in the Emsland region. A long-standing bond with dogs and an encounter with a female dog of this breed led to an intensive engagement with breeding, health and temperament. After the necessary examinations, tests and shows, a female dog received breeding approval in 2022; the kennel was subsequently established. It is certified by the Deutscher Club für Kooikerhondje e.V. and has already raised a C-litter. The dogs live as permanent family members in the household. During rearing, the kennel accompanies the puppies from their first days until they leave. The focus is on species-appropriate care and conscientious early socialisation. The aim is to preserve the breed’s character, health and appearance and to entrust families with balanced, healthy companions for life.
