von der Gandenitzer Heide Labrador Retriever breeder in Templin · Germany

The Labrador Retriever breeding program von der Gandenitzer Heide in Templin takes genetic tests as well as examinations for hip and elbow dysplasia into account and only uses dogs with very good results. Performance and a balanced temperament are also important. The family dogs are encouraged through dummy and tracking work. The dogs have no more than four litters and remain with the family in retirement. Puppies grow up in the house, later explore the garden and are carefully socialized. After the ninth week, they leave regularly dewormed, vaccinated and microchipped, with DRC papers and basic equipment. When choosing new families, the breeding program values time and getting to know each other early; reservations are only made after a conversation or a visit. Later, too, it offers advice, care in the event of illness or holidays and reserves the right of first refusal.
