The von der Blitzeiche dog breeding kennel in Krefeld is dedicated to the Border Collie. Its aim is a spirited yet uncomplicated dog wherever possible, one that excels as a family member and is suited to the home, yard, and various sporting activities. What matters is that the dog and its future home are a good match. The puppies grow up in a family environment and receive continuous care. They are carefully socialized so that they can be open and cheerful companions to their new families. For the breeding program, finding permanent homes is the priority: Every dog should live permanently with the people who are right for it. Before being used for breeding, the dogs undergo health examinations. The breeding program follows requirements regarding health and temperament that must be met before a mating. von der Blitzeiche is affiliated with the breeding clubs CfBrH, VDH, and FCI and holds certification from the Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V.
