von den Hütern Asgards Beauceron breeder in Leinfelden-Echterdingen · Germany

The Die Hundezucht von den Hütern Asgards kennel in Leinfelden-Echterdingen breeds Beaucerons according to the standard of the Fédération Cynologique Internationale. The focus is on healthy, even-tempered and intelligent dogs with a willingness to bond, independence, a sociable nature and suitability for everyday life. When planning matings, the kennel takes health, temperament and working qualities into account. Social competence, trainability, agility and tolerance to stimuli are also to be preserved. Where possible, one partner comes from a direct herding-dog line in order to retain the breed-typical traits. The breed’s genetic diversity is another important goal. A diversity project begun in 2017 includes testing for more than 140 autoimmune diseases and evaluating possible matings. The puppies are carefully prepared for their new lives, and the kennel also provides guidance on their development after they leave.
