The dog kennel vom Mühltaler Bergdorf is based in Mühltal-Frankenhausen in the front Odenwald. The Bernese Mountain Dog is at the heart of it, a breed that has accompanied the household of the kennel for more than 30 years. This long-standing bond led to the decision to establish a breeding program of its own. With the female Cara, the kennel pursues the goal of raising its first homebred offspring. The special enthusiasm for Bernese Mountain Dogs shapes the kennel’s path and forms the basis for the breeding project in the Mühltal region. Vom Mühltaler Bergdorf breeds in the Deutscher Club für Berner Sennenhunde e.V. and is affiliated with the VDH and the FCI. The kennel is dedicated exclusively to the Bernese Mountain Dog and combines its many years of experience with the desire for a responsible breeding program of its own.
