vom Laußnitzer Jägerhof Hanover Hound breeder in Laußnitz · Germany

Vom Laußnitzer Jägerhof in Laußnitz breeds Old German Shepherd Dogs for hunting work. The dogs are only placed with hunters who have a suitable opportunity for tracking wounded game in a big-game hunting area. The breeding program is therefore aimed at owners who are familiar with this field of work. From puppyhood until the examination for tracking wounded game dogs, the breeder provides advice and support. This guidance takes into account the dog’s path toward its later hunting role and the requirements of tracking wounded game. Careful selection of future owners is part of the concept. Vom Laußnitzer Jägerhof places importance on an environment in which the dogs can be handled according to the work for which they are intended. The focus is on the Old German Shepherd Dog and its use as a hunting dog.
