Vom Kaninchengarten has been dedicated to breeding Cavalier King Charles Spaniels since 2005. The kennel therefore looks back on many years of experience with this breed and, by its own account, remains passionately committed to it to this day. It is affiliated with the Verband Deutscher Kleinhundezüchter e.V. The path to the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel began with the search for a dog that would fit the founders’ lives and their rabbit breeding. After considering various dog breeds, they chose the Cavalier, whose characteristics particularly appealed to them. A visit to a breeder confirmed this decision. Meeting the dogs living there made a lasting impression and prompted them to devote themselves to this breed. Since then, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has been the focus of breeding at Vom Kaninchengarten.
