The vom heissen Acker kennel in Karlstein am Main is dedicated to the Deutsch-Langhaar. According to its own account, its connection with dogs has existed for more than 15 years. Its starting point was experience with Magyar-Vizsla dogs, whose friendly, even-tempered and family-oriented nature had a lasting influence on its approach to keeping dogs. Later, two Deutsch-Langhaar dogs joined the family. They proved to be high-performing, intelligent and exceptionally passionate. The kennel invested in their training, focusing on tractability and cooperation between dog and human. One of the bitches was developed as a brood bitch; a first litter was planned for spring or summer 2022. Vom heissen Acker is affiliated with the Deutsch-Langhaar-Verband e.V. and presents a breeding programme based on the qualities of these dogs valued in everyday life and at work.
