vom Heidriegel Breeder in Vienna · Austria

Vom Heidriegel breeds dogs under conditions that are as natural as possible and places great importance on the animals having a permanent place in the everyday life of the breeding operation. The dogs are regarded as important companions and are meant to lead a varied life closely integrated into daily life. At the house in Burgenland, the dogs have an extensive area of 100 km² at their disposal. In Vienna, they can also move freely around a large apartment. These different environments are part of the dogs’ everyday lives and provide them with space for exercise and closeness to the family. The dogs accompany the breeding operation both on hunts and on family outings. In addition, they are sporting partners in sled dog sports, canicross and bikejöring. Vom Heidriegel thus describes them as an indispensable and significant part of its own life.
