vom Haus Wirkus

The Airedale Terrier kennel vom Haus Wirkus is located in Oer-Erkenschwick, at the transition between the Ruhr area and Münsterland. The surroundings of the Haard recreational area shape the location. The kennel is dedicated exclusively to the Airedale Terrier and names the Klub für Terrier von 1894 e.V. as its certification. The kennel’s beginnings date back to 1992. This was preceded by intensive study of specialist literature as well as practical experience with an established breeder. Dog sports are also part of the kennel’s history: impressive results have already been achieved at club, city, state and German championships. The dogs were also presented at various shows. Vom Haus Wirkus places importance on providing long-term support to the new owners, even beyond the handover. This includes assistance with everyday questions as well as help with trimming and learning the corresponding technique. An Airedale Terrier should live as a permanent and valued member of the family.
