The vom Ensenberg kennel in Korbach is dedicated to the Beagle-Harrier and is affiliated with the Verband für das Deutsche Hundewesen (VDH) e.V. The focus is on the scenthound originating from France, whose versatility in hunting, suitability for tracking wounded game and pleasant temperament are highlighted. The puppies are prepared for hunting work from an early age and in a targeted manner. Their parents are worked in hunting and have been tested for conformation and performance. For the bitch, the hunting utility test and the loud-trailing test, as well as several champion titles and show successes, are mentioned, including European Winner 2025, German Winner 2024 and Bundessieger 2024. Vom Ensenberg aims to make this passionate hunting dog breed better known in Germany and, according to its own statement, is one of two German Beagle-Harrier kennels. If further planning proceeds as intended, the B-litter is expected in 2027.
